Multipurpose Manufacturing Block
We offer a versatile manufacturing block with the capability to handle small, medium, and large volume production. Our facilities are designed to accommodate a range of chemical manufacturing needs, from high-volume production to specialized API requirements.
Reactors
Our manufacturing block features SS and GLR reactors with capacities of SS – 5KL, 3KL, 2KL and GLR – 5KL, 2KL, 2KL, 0.5KL. All reactors are WHO cGMP certified.
Glass Assembly
We provide glass assemblies in 50 liters, 100 liters, and 200 liters for precise reactions and efficient processes.
Drying Equipment
Our facilities include SS Fluid Bed Dryers and RCVD for effective and controlled drying processes.
Milling & Size Reduction
We offer Jet Mills for small, medium, and large volume batches, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
Temperature Control
Our facilities can maintain temperatures from -40°C to +130°C using advanced temperature control systems including Brine Chillers and Air Cooling Towers.
Filtration & Shifting
Equipped with SS Centrifuges and Neutsche Filters for effective filtration and solid-liquid separation processes.
